Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. We will need to have the installed new-cells back in order to issue you a refund.

If your refilled battery does not work, request a RMA then we will send you another Pre-Paid-Postage-Label through email. You may then send your refilled battery back to us, and we will send your original battery back with your old cells in the pack.

1 Year Warranty Policy for Refill Battery   Warranty Request Form for Replacement or Repair
We offer a 1 Year warranty for all refilled batteries. If the battery capacity drops suddenly during the warranty period, or if you experience any problems with your battery, then you can resend it to us to be repaired and refilled again at no extra cost including shipping. If one of the cells goes dead, sudden capacity lost will occur but will never be completely dead. We can fix it if this were to occur. However, if the battery is completely dead during the warranty period, it is likely to be the electronics in the battery that went bad and would not be covered under warranty. The warranty is for the refilled cells, not the electronics in the battery pack. We cannot fix the electronics in the battery pack, so buying a new battery will be the only option if this were to occur.

In any case of warranty, please contact us by phone or email so that we can email you a postage label to send your battery with. We will then email you once it is received.

We offer a 1 year warranty for all exchange batteries. If the battery capacity drops suddenly during the warranty period, we will provide warranty re-fill service without any charges. If one of the cells is dead, sudden capacity lost will occur but will never be completely dead. We can fix it if this were to occur. If the battery is completely dead during the warranty period, we will send you a new refilled replacement battery.

Shipping
Shipping is a $10 flat fee within the US via Two-Way Priority Mail. Prepaid postage labels are emailed to the customer the same day that the order is placed.

*NOTE* If the order is placed over the weekend or any governement holidays, then the postage label will be emailed to the customer the following business morning.

As soon as you receive the label, please print and tape it to a box to send the battery in. We will email you once it is received at our location. It will then take around 7 to 10 business days to properly refill and test the battery before we send it back to you. We will also send you a confirmation email upon shipment after it is finished.

The customer is also able to send the battery to us at their cost shipping to expedite things. Because shipping is required to be paid for when placing your order, if the customer decides to ship the battery to us using their own carrier, then the battery will be shipped back to them by Express mail at our cost.

Otherwise, all orders are shipped back by Priority Mail, however, customers will receive either Parcel Post or Priority Mail postage labels to send their battery to us depending on their location.

If you don't receive the label, you can locate your pre-paid return label now (YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR ORDER NUMBER! IT'S IN YOUR EMAIL). We always email customers with postage label pdf file attachment. If you haven't received the label after 24 hours, there is a chance that our email was rejected or delivered to your bulk email folder.

Click here to locate your Pre-Paid-Postage-Label.    If you haven't received the label yet or you cannot find the label from our system (most likely weekend orders), it may take 24 hours to receive the label.

International Shipping
We charge a $10 flat fee for international shipping and handling. Because the return postage label is only available in the U.S., after you place your order you will have to mail us your battery at your cost shipping to us. Please include your order number and full contact information with the battery for identification purposes. We will then email you once it is received. It will then take around 7 to 10 business days to refill and test before we send it back to you using the $6 that you paid when placing your order. Email confirmations are also sent out after shipment.
