For an exchange:
Just place an exchange order on our site. As soon as we receive your order, we will ship you a fresh, new super-capacity exchange battery. Along with the battery, we will include a pre-paid postage label for you to send your old battery with, whether in running condition or not, back to our facility. Just mail us back your old battery and the transaction will be complete. That's all there is to it!

Gateway 400 / 400SD4 / M350WVN Laptop series can take three different types of battery packs.
They look identical. However, when you check the battery label carefully, one is a 8 cell 4200mAh battery pack and the others are 12 cell 5700mAh or 6300mAh battery pack. The only difference will be that the 12 cell 5700mAh or 6300mAh battery packs give you longer battery time compared to the 8 cell 4200mAh packs. Make sure you are ordering the right battery pack for your exchange.
If you send back 4400mAh battery packs after receiving our 6600mAh exchange battery packs, you will be charged an extra $40/each for the purchase price ($129-$89=$40).
To order a new battery without an exchange:
If you would rather just purchase another battery with longer running cells, purchase one at our low price and you will be shipped a fresh, new super-capacity battery.

The battery capacity increases every few months and M350WVN battery packs have 1900mAh capacity Sanyo Li-Ion cells. The new cells we are using to replace your batteries are 2200mAh LG Chemistry Cells. As a result of the refill service, a 5700mAh capacity Li-Ion battery pack increases to 6600 mAh capacity.
This means longer run-time (15% higher capacity) compared to the original without causing any incompatibilities.
