We provide two ways for customers to place their orders:

Payment

We will not charge your credit card until your battery refill service is done and your battery is ready to be shipped!

When your battery is ready, we will email you Google Checkout invoice to your email address. We use Google Checkout Merchant system to process credit card payments. Although we have your payment information, Google requires to the customers to submit payment information due to security reasons. This way all transactions are processed safely and protected by one of the biggest and the largest processing company.

Shipping

Shipping is a $10 flat fee within the US via Two-Way Priority Mail. We email a Pre-Paid-Postage-Label on the same day you submit your order. As soon as you receive the label, send in the old battery and we will send you back a refilled battery that will work even better than a new one.

If you don't receive the label, you can locate your pre-paid return label now (YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR ORDER NUMBER! IT'S IN YOUR EMAIL). We always email customers with postage label pdf file attachment. If you haven't received the label after 24 hours, there is a chance that our email was rejected or delivered to your bulk email folder.

International Shipping

We charge a $10 flat fee for international shipping and handling. You will receive additional information via email regarding shipping information.
